Booking Terms and Conditions for Castell Farm Green Holiday Cottages

A non-returnable deposit of one-third of the total hire charge is payable on booking
Provisional bookings are held for three days pending receipt of deposit
In the event of cancellations, please telephone as soon as possible
Cancellations made within fourteen days of arrival will be subject to full payment
All prices are for up to 4 adults/children ~ Additional adults/children Ł10 per night per person.

The Stone Barn is available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival to 10.30am on the day of departure
Cars, boats, contents, and personal belongings are at owner's risk
Electricity, heating, bedlinen and towels are included in your rental. All beds are made up prior to your arrival
Guests are fully responsible and are liable for any loss or damage to the property or its contents
No Smoking is allowed in the property

We encourage our guests to enjoy all the gardens, but like to point out the orchards and organic vegetable/fruit areas have open composting areas, and from time to time, there will be machinery in the gardens
Our free range chickens roam about the gardens and the fields have flocks of sheep in them.
The gardens contain a large wildlife pond and two ornamental ponds. Parents must supervise their children around these areas at all times
Please check that your holiday insurance covers you for the use of these facilities
